With the upcoming holiday of Purim this week, I want to direct your attention to this week's Monday Munchies...a throwback to a fabulous hamentaschen recipe. It also happens to be my Bubby's recipe. I also included some ideas of filling. This year, I'm filling with apricot, raspberry and apple pie. Those are definitely staple flavors in our house.
Now back to mine currently baking in the oven...what flavor hamentaschen do you prefer?
